The Mizuno ST MAX 230 Golf Fairway Wood is designed for Max MOI & Max Stability. Featuring a wide profile and large footprint for increased stability during off-centre strikes. This is due to the wrap-around toe composite that provides extreme twist resistance and a straight, predictable ball flight. In order to take stress off the club face and add extra energy, the ST MAX has a dense stainless steel weight with elastomeric TPU placed closer to the club face.
This helps maintain ball speeds across a wider area of the face. The ST MAX also boasts a high-energy MAS1C steel face with a multi-thickness design for fast ball speeds and excellent durability. To enhance turf interaction and preserve speed, the leading edge of the ST MAX has been modified for a cleaner impact with the ground. For added customization, the ST MAX has a quick switch hosel with 4 degrees of adjustability.
